Compete ainda \u00e0 SRA realizar atendimentos a servidores, discentes e \u00e0 comunidade externa fornecendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es e encaminhando solicita\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 1.5rem\">Toda solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dos discentes, deve ser feita mediante requerimento espec\u00edfico a ser preenchido e entregue na Secretaria de Registros Acad\u00eamicos, que o encaminhar\u00e1 aos setores competentes. Devem ser anexados ao requerimento documentos que comprovem e justifiquem, quando for o caso, os motivos da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, respeitadas as datas e os prazos estabelecidos.<\/p>\n<div e<\/li>\n<li>Anexar os seguintes documentos devidamente autenticados e assinados pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de origem: <strong>Hist\u00f3rico Escolar, Ementa do Componente Curricular do curso de origem e Ementa do Componente Curricular do curso atual, respeitados o processo legal e os prazos estabelecidos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd;border-radius: 5px;margin-bottom: 10px;overflow: hidden\">\n<summary style=\"padding: 12px 15px;cursor: pointer;font-weight: bold;background-color: #f0f0f0;color: #333;font-size: 1.1rem\">Exerc\u00edcio domiciliar<\/summary>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px;background-color: #fdfdfd;border-top: 1px solid #ddd\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0\">O exerc\u00edcio domiciliar corresponde a equival\u00eancia de estudos, por aus\u00eancia \u00e0s aulas, concedida ao estudante amparado pelo Decreto Lei n\u00ba 1.044\/69 e pela Lei n\u00ba 6.202\/75.<\/p>\n<p>Para requerer o exerc\u00edcio domiciliar, o estudante dever\u00e1 preencher formul\u00e1rio (REQUERIMENTO DIVERSOS) e instru\u00ed-lo com laudo m\u00e9dico que comprove uma das situa\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas pelo Decreto Lei n\u00ba 1.044\/69 e na Lei n\u00ba 6.202\/75.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd;border-radius: 5px;margin-bottom: 10px;overflow: hidden\">\n<summary style=\"padding: 12px 15px;cursor: pointer;font-weight: bold;background-color: #f0f0f0;color: #333;font-size: 1.1rem\">Revis\u00e3o de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/summary>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px;background-color: #fdfdfd;border-top: 1px solid #ddd\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0\">O estudante ter\u00e1 direito \u00e0 revis\u00e3o da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s de requerimento (REQUERIMENTO DIVERSOS), no prazo de at\u00e9 dois dias \u00fateis, ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd;border-radius: 5px;margin-bottom: 10px;overflow: hidden\">\n<summary style=\"padding: 12px 15px;cursor: pointer;font-weight: bold;background-color: #f0f0f0;color: #333;font-size: 1.1rem\">Segunda chamada de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/summary>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px;background-color: #fdfdfd;border-top: 1px solid #ddd\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0\">O estudante que faltar a qualquer das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es da aprendizagem tem direito \u00e0 segunda chamada. A segunda chamada de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser solicitada, por meio do preenchimento de requerimento (REQUERIMENTO DIVERSOS) no prazo de at\u00e9 um dia \u00fatil, ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino
