Per\u00edodo: <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">10 a 13 de dezembro de 2012, de segunda a quinta-feira<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small\">2. Local: <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">Secretaria de Registros Acad\u00eamicos &#8211; SRA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small\">3. Hor\u00e1rio:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Para estudantes do <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">diurno<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">: <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">das 13h00min \u00e0s 17h00min<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Para estudantes do <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">noturno<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">: <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: small\">das 19h00min \u00e0s 21h00min<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">4. Documentos necess\u00e1rios:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">4.1 Ficha de Rematr\u00edcula e Termo de Responsabilidade assinados (fornecidos pela SRA)<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">4.2 Entrega da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o pendente, se necess\u00e1ria, no ato da rematr\u00edcula, n\u00e3o admitindo-se prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">5. A rematr\u00edcula dever\u00e1 ser feita pelo pr\u00f3prio estudante, quando maior de idade, ou por seu representante legal, quando menor de idade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">6.
