A atividade pedag\u00f3gica teve como objetivo aproximar os discentes do universo profissional do setor florestal, ampliando sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica por meio da observa\u00e7\u00e3o e viv\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica em ambientes reais de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acompanhados pelas professoras <strong>Julia Moreau<\/strong> e <strong>C\u00e1tia Dias<\/strong>, os estudantes visitaram diferentes unidades da empresa: <strong>a f\u00e1brica de celulose e papel, o viveiro florestal e o m\u00f3dulo de colheita<\/strong>. Durante a visita, foram guiados pela equipe da empresa e recepcionados por <strong>Larissa Silva Souza<\/strong>, Analista de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Suzano e respons\u00e1vel pelo programa de visitas institucionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os principais aprendizados da experi\u00eancia, os discentes puderam conhecer de perto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>O funcionamento de um <strong>viveiro florestal de grande escala<\/strong>, especializado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de mudas de eucalipto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O <strong>processo de colheita florestal<\/strong>, com destaque para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Harvester<\/strong>, equipamento de alta tecnologia usado para corte, desgalhamento, descascamento e tra\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00e1rvores;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As etapas industriais de <strong>produ\u00e7\u00e3o de celulose e papel<\/strong>, desde a chegada da madeira \u00e0 f\u00e1brica at\u00e9 a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do papel gr\u00e1fico e do papel tissue (higi\u00eanico);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A estrutura e o <strong>paisagismo no ambiente industrial<\/strong>, que tamb\u00e9m se configuram como espa\u00e7os de observa\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A visita permitiu aos alunos <strong>vivenciar a din\u00e2mica do setor florestal<\/strong>, reconhecendo oportunidades de atua\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e compreendendo o papel das grandes empresas na cadeia produtiva da madeira e seus derivados. Al\u00e9m disso, refor\u00e7ou o compromisso do IF Baiano com o ensino t\u00e9cnico de qualidade e com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais preparados para os desafios do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi t\u00e3o positiva que a proposta \u00e9 <strong>realizar novas visitas semestrais<\/strong>, garantindo que mais estudantes do curso t\u00e9cnico em Florestas tenham a oportunidade
