A nutricionista Aniele Avelar explicou como \u00e9 realizada a rotina do setor, o armazenamento dos alimentos, o preparo das refei\u00e7\u00f5es, o recebimento de material, a limpeza e desinsetiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos espa\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para a estudante do 2\u00ba ano do Curso T\u00e9cnico em Guia de Turismo e residente do campus, Mariana Rodrigues, a visita foi bastante esclarecedora: <strong>&#8220;Os alunos que se beneficiam do refeit\u00f3rio todos imaginam como \u00e9 a higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o tanto do ambiente quanto dos alimentos que consumimos. E quando entrei no refeit\u00f3rio, a realidade \u00e9 outra. \u00c9 limpo, arejado,\u00a0cada \u00e1rea \u00e9 muito bem organizada, o que contradiz o pensar ou as cr\u00edticas de muitos alunos!&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Informamos que o Refeit\u00f3rio est\u00e1 aberto a visita\u00e7\u00e3o ao p\u00fablico todos os dias e a nutricionista est\u00e1 \u00e0
